The power of the design process – identifying and prioritizing based on user reality
Intending to create a service that meets Menigo’s customers’ needs, Antrop conducted thorough research. Through various workshops, we helped Menigo map out user needs and gain insights on how they should develop the app to provide maximum value. In-depth interviews with the target group allowed us to learn more about the needs and challenges of Menigo’s customers.
Based on our research and a previously conducted extensive customer survey, we developed an overall plan for how Menigo would achieve its vision with the help of the new app. The results served as the basis for generating ideas and proposing solutions, eventually leading to a concept for the initial development of app components. The concept was tested and adjusted based on user feedback, after which the collaboration transitioned into an agile development project where business, design, and development worked closely together in efficient sprints.
