When you register for an event, seminar or course at Antrop and Antrop Academy we need to save and process your personal information. The information is used by Antrop to fulfill mutual rights and obligations in relation to you.

Payment and fees

The application is binding and made through our web site. Terms of payments are 30 days.
Free cancellation up to 40 days before the course. After that the entire fee will be charged.

All fees are without VAT. VAT Lunch, coffee and breakfast is included in the fee.

If you can’t participate it’s possible to leave your spot to someone else.

Ownership

The educational material is intended for paying participants only. Content and images may not be copied, shared or distributed to others without our consent.

Number of participants and reservation for changes

Antrop’s courses have a limited number of participants If a course or lecture is fully booked you can sign up on a waiting list.

We reserve the right to replace the course leader with another, equivalent expert, in the event that the ordinary course leader becomes sick. Other payments, such as travel or hotel costs are not refundable.

If we can’t find a suitable replacement we reserve the right to cancel the course. We are not responsible for eventual costs that can accure if a course is moved, changed or cancelled.

Antrop also reserves for changes due to, for example, strikes, authority decisions, times and typing errors in written documents or on our website.

Photographing and filming

Sometimes we photograph or film our courses and lectures, and the content may be used in our external marketing of Antrop and Antrop’s services. When agreeing to Antrop’s general terms and conditions, you approve us taking photos and filming and possibly use them. In special cases we can avoid photographing and filming participants. Contact us before the course start if you prefer not to be filmed or photographed.
