From customer insights to user-friendly app

Menigo is a comprehensive provider for professionals in the food and beverage industry. Menigo approached Antrop for assistance in developing a new app. The goal was to improve the digital relationship with their customers.

A roadmap based on value

The development of Menigo’s app is ongoing and based on a digital strategy and roadmap we created in close collaboration with Menigo. The roadmap is prioritized based on what provides the most value for users and guides the app’s future development.

Happier users and lower barriers

The app’s first version was launched in September 2021, focusing on deliveries of goods – an area where customer satisfaction at Menigo was at its lowest. The customers expected greater clarity regarding delivery times and included items. For this, we created solutions that were implemented in the app’s first version, including using the app’s notification function.

The parts launched so far have resulted in significantly higher customer satisfaction and reduced friction in users’ daily work. Thanks to a user-centered process and intuitive design, we have lowered barriers for users and provided them with reliable and relevant information.
